Visitor & Delivery Access

Service & Commercial Entry

All contractors, service providers, and vehicles with trailers must use the Founda Gate. This includes construction pickups, landscapers, and delivery trucks. The Main Gate is reserved for resident and guest passenger vehicles only.

Residents: Please direct all deliveries and contractors to the Founda Gate. This ensures proper access and prevents delays at the Main Gate.

Gate Access Procedures
Upon arrival at the Founda Gate, please use the digital touch screen intercom located at the gate entrance:

• If you have an entry code: Tap the screen to bring up the keypad, then enter your code.

• If you do not have a code: Use the touch screen to search for the resident you are visiting, then tap their name to initiate a call. They will be able to buzz you in remotely.

Exiting the Community

For the safety of our residents and the protection of community property, all service vehicles, trailers, and oversized trucks must exit via the Founda Gate. Please do not attempt to exit through the Main Gate, as the layout cannot accommodate large or heavy vehicles.
