Signs
The Board of Directors has approved the design and use of an official "For Sale" sign:
No Fee: Realtors or property owners may temporarily use the sign free of charge.
Purchase Option: Realtors are encouraged to purchase their own sign at cost.
Compliance: Signs must adhere to all applicable laws.
Contact: To obtain a sign, reach out to an LLPOA Director.
Open House Policy
The Falls at Lost Lake has established the following guidelines for open houses:
1. Agent Contact: All real estate agents must contact a Director prior to showing their listings
or another agent's listing in the community.
2. Open House Limit: Each listing may have a maximum of two open houses per month.
3. Listings Shown: No more than two listings may be shown on the same day, whether by the
same or different agents.
4. Time Limit: Open houses should last no longer than 3–4 hours.
5. Signage Placement: Placement of signs during the open house is the responsibility of the
agent.
Signs must:
• Be commercially produced.
• Use well-maintained and structurally sound posts or frames.
• Not impede vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
• Do not include flags or balloons.
• Be removed immediately after the open house closes.
Process
To Sell/Transfer a Home:
Complete the Sale /Transfer of Property Application.
To Lease a Home:
Complete the Lease Application.
Important Notes:
No Leasing for 2 Years: Homes cannot be leased for 2 years after purchase.
Minimum Lease Term: The lease term must be at least 3 months.
One Lease Per Year: Only one lease is permitted per year.

For all sales transactions at The Falls at Lost Lake, please follow the instructions below to avoid delays in processing and approval.

Seller completes Part I: Notice of Intent to Sell or Transfer and signs
Buyer or Buyer’s Agent completes Part II: Application for Occupancy
Buyer completes and signs Part III: Acknowledgement.
Seller or Buyer’s Agent submits the following to the Management Company (APM):
• Completed application
• Copy of buyer’s driver’s license
• Signed sales contract
• A $100 check made payable to Lost Lake POA is required at the time of submission.
For lease transactions, please follow the same general process as outlined for sales, using the lease-specific forms provided below.
